What in hell? - Reference without a cause

Has anyone written a parody of the old Disney number "Zip-e-dee-doo-da" about wealthy moderate conservatives, that features the line "There's Mr. Bloomburg on my shoulder"? I don't know how the rest of it should go, but I feel like that line writes itself.
